Garrett, Just wanted to let you know that I received the Mercury part from the dealer you recommended. I appreciate you going the extra mile researching the part. Many, many thanks! I’ll keep Maurer Marine on my list of suppliers.

Dear Team Maurer,
Thank you for the wonderful year of service & products. My family’s boating experience is always safe and certain thanks to your team’s professionalism.

Maurer Marine,
Thank you so much for all of your help and kindness this year. The boat has never been this great.

Thanks for all your help! I truly appreciate your dedication and support in resolving the problem. I certainly felt that you took a personal commitment to getting all the issues resolved. I will be your biggest source of referrals should I come across Yamaha boat owners in need of support!

Dear Craig,
Thank you for the great service that you and your staff provided in my recent purchase of the Avon Rover Rib Lite and the two Yamaha outboards. Your product knowledge and personal experience was very helpful and valuable in helping me to decide on the right dinghy and engine. I would highly recommend you to others and look forward to doing business with you again.

Maurer,
Thanks for the excellent work. See you guys next year.

Thank you, great job. Very happy with your attention to detail.

I appreciate very much your excellent and speedy service and friendly staff! Thanks again

Thank you for your attention to detail while renovating “NEAPOLITAN”. You guys are great to work with.

This is just a note to tell you that we love our new Zodiac. Additionally, your staff is very efficient and nice to work with! Thanks for all that you have done for us.

Dear Craig,
I wanted to thank you for such a wonderful experience at Maurer Marine. Your crew and office staff was overly helpful. The work on our Zodiac and outboard was completed professionally. In today’s world it’s hard to find a shop that cares. We appreciated your delivering the boat to us on your own time. Thanks again for the great work.

Thank you for such great service, Garrett & his staff are the best. Keep up the good work.

Dear Garrett & Craig,
Thank you so much for the “clean” job on my 17ft Whaler “Hey Lou”! it was expensive but you guys took my old boat and made it a NEW boat… cheap at any price… THANK YOU AGAIN

I have heard many good things about you guys. So now you’re servicing my two outboards. THANK YOU ahead of time.

Maurer Marine,
The service was great and pass on my thanks to your team. It was easy dealing with your company. The part is in on the motor and I am back on the water. If I need anything I will be back.

Craig,
A huge thanks for taking care of the zinc ground wire issue on our boat. We appreciate you jumping on that and correcting, you are da man! Thanks for being part of our team and giving us such good, reliable and honest service.

Craig & Crew,
Keep up the great work! You guys rock! All the best for 2009.

Garrett,
Thank you for your consideration. It is indeed appreciated. I’m old and surviving on social security. I am unable to pay retail and I know you can’t stay in business without a reasonable markup. I just want you to know I sincerely appreciate your consideration at fulfilling my order.

It was with great pleasure to rate Maurer Marine as I did. The whole office impressed me as one big family where each did their job with pride and quality of work. The friendliness of each one of you had served me more than satisfactory results which every customer expects and Maurer Marine did so. Including when I called that the boat was askew on the trailer, you were all busy with a lot of boats on the lot – obviously needing work. But Maurer Marine allowed me to bring it in and correct the problem while waiting – with no charge! That impressed me.

Hello to you and your team,
You guys certainly covered all the bases in a very proficient and professional manner last week which included, app schedule, trouble shoot, parts availability, turn around time, paperwork, communication and a clean boat. I took the boat out, runs great.
